Frequently asked questions

Is it free?
Yes, the charity portal is free and intended to remain free. We believe charities should have control over their public profiles.
Who sees my data?
Anyone visiting Dana House can see your published profile. Your profile is public by design - this is what makes you discoverable to funders.
Can I correct errors in my charity's historical data?
Yes - flag any errors from your dashboard and our team will review. Financial and registration data comes from the Charity Commission and OSCR; we can add notes but cannot alter the source data.
Will editing my profile change my analytical scores?
No. Our analytical insights are calculated independently from regulator and public data to protect the integrity of the platform for all users. Enriching your profile improves your public representation and ensures funders have the full picture - but scores are never editable.
